Remote Eye and Remote Hand

You are an IT person and you all day long you are buzzed with the help requests. Eternal strolls to the neighbor room, crosses to another department or marathons to another building are going to make you soon a champion in track and field.

What's really annoying is that most often you have to rush 10 stores just to find that "the big problem we have here" appears to be a cinch solved in 2 clicks.

Especially for these cases we have developed Remote Desktop Control - software that gives you full control over remote PC just as if you were sitting in front of it. This means that now you have a remote eye and a remote hand for solving majority of the IT related issues.
